Luv's Diapers or Cream???

Not sure which is making a difference the Luv's Diapers or the really strong cream that the Dr. gave us for Ryan's diaper rash but it looked better this morning then it has looked in about 6-8 weeks. I guess we will see when we stop using the cream. Let's hope the Luvs diapers work!
