Salsa Chicken

So I made this last night and it far exceeded my expectation. I in fact am eating the leftovers for lunch as I post this.

Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1 package taco seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream

Add chicken to slow cooker.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Serve with rice.

Number of Servings: 6

I didn't make many changes to this. I did use Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins instead of breasts (they cook faster and I didn't start this until 1:00pm I put my slow cooker to cook for 4 hours and it was done) I also added about a cup of Sour Cream. I didn't measure that or the salsa.

I also severed with Jalepeno Pinto Beans and Shredded Cheese on top. So good! This will defiantly be in our menu rotation.
